It did not include the CD it is pictured with, but the CD is not needed as it automatically connects and downloads. The Samsung phone USB Data Cable was promptly delivered. It was working intermittently, then shorted out completely. I have verified that there is nothing wrong with my cell phone, so I am positive that this item is defective merchandise. I purchased an after market type data cable for the low cost of $1.00, plus $2.98 shipping very recently and when I first used the data cable it worked for a very short time and now it does not connect to my computer at all. I would like Amazon to replace this item as soon as possible, but I have not received any reply to my complaints to customer service repeatedly.
The plus is that it still works (data still transfers), the minus is that there is no grip to so it makes it difficult to attach & detach the phone. However, the plastic casing for the plug broke off after 10 uses. so for this to actually still transfer data is deserving of 2 stars. The USB cord is all you need. I dont think I used the CD at all. With the price, I didnt expect too much.
I thought I was buying a cable that would work for the A707 phone but the cable doesn't fit.
i can't figure out how to make it work on my pc. The only thing good about it is it charges my sgh-a127. Can any one help.
